By registering an Account, accessing the 63php platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using 63php and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract, and that your use of 63php does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You represent and warrant that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 63php or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority, including PAGCOR. If you are subject to such an order, you must not register or use 63php.
To access the full features of 63php, you must complete the registration process via the 63php Login page and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on 63php. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances or Winnings held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 63php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 63php immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
63php is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as 63php may reasonably request to complete KYC verification, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 63php reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
All transactions on 63php are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are your responsibility.
63php currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 63php reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 63php is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal review. 63php aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution. 63php reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 63php reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 63php are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
63php reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and Winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Bonus Funds must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated Winnings can be processed. Withdrawing real-money Balance before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
All games available on 63php — including slots, bingo, e-sports betting, live casino, and other game categories — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 63php reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the staked amount to your Account Balance. 63php's decision in such matters is final.
Wagers placed on 63php are final once confirmed. 63php does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed Wagers except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules or where required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
63php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
63php does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use 63php at your own risk.
63php collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using 63php, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
63php implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 63php cannot guarantee absolute data security.
63php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Agreement will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification, or immediately where required by applicable law or regulation.
Your continued use of 63php after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 63php's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
